What types of apartments are available at La Plaza Living?
We offer 1 & 2 bedroom, luxury units available for both short-term and long-term rental.

Are pets allowed at La Plaza Living apartments?
We allow dogs that are 25 lbs. and under. All dogs must be approved BEFORE the tenant moves in. There is an additional $300 non-refundable pet deposit PER DOG, as well as an additional $20 per month, per dog, fee added to tenant’s rent.

What amenities does La Plaza Living offer?
La Plaza offers many amenities and special features, including gated community access, fully furnished units, pool, fitness center, washateria, staff on site M-F 09:00-05:00. And our units also includes electric, water, wifi & cable in the rental fee. View our full list of rental unit amenities.
